РЕЗЮМЕ
Робота присвячена дослідженню структурних та лексико-семантичних особливостей мови текстів офіційних документів Ради Європи та особливостей перекладу цих документів на українську мову. Розглянуто особливості юридичного статусу і сфер функціонування документів Ради Європи, охарактеризовано їх типи, комунікативні цілі та інші прагматичні аспекти, які обумовлюють структуру текстів цих документів та добір мовних засобів вираження, що в них використовуються. Проведено комплексний аналіз текстів резолюцій та рекомендацій Ради Європи на лексичному і структурному рівнях, представлена розгорнута характеристика їх складових елементів.
На основі даних аналізу встановлено і досліджено основні структурні та лексико-семантичні особливості текстів офіційних документів Ради Європи. Детально вивчено формальні параметри їх композиційної будови і семантику вживаної в них юридичної, адміністративної та політичної лексики. Представлено аналіз найхарактерніших перекладацьких трансформацій, що застосовуються при перекладі таких текстів на українську мову.
Застосований у даному дослідженні комплексний аналіз текстів офіційних документів Ради Європи довів, що всі прагматичні та структурно-семантичні елементи цих текстів утворюють систему, в якій мовна форма прагне до максимально адекватного відображення їх комунікативно-інтенційного змісту. Така єдність форми і змісту створює умови для ефективного функціонування офіційних документів Ради Європи як нормативних актів міжнародного права.
